Mr. Arrie "Goodness" Hill

Mr. Arrie Goodness Hill, 82, of 7400 Ocean Hwy. SW, Sunset Beach, NC, died Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at home. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014 from 12:00pm until 6:00pm in the chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte. Funeral service will be held Sunday, November 30, 2014 at 1:00pm at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church; 8950 Ocean Hwy W., Calabash, NC 28467. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Calabash, NC. Mr. Hill is survived by his wife Thelma Randall Hill of the home; four daughters, Joyce Gore and Elnita Stanley both of Calabash, NC, Rochelle Stevenson of Supply, NC, and Cynthia Reaves of Ocean Isle Beach, NC; four sons, Arrie L. Hill of Little River, SC, Geary Hill of Sunset Beach, NC, Andre Hill of Calabash, NC and Morris Hill of Longwood, NC; two adopted sons, Lester Gore of Ocean Isle Beach, NC and Durwin Moses of Trenton, NJ; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
