Mr. Geary Lynn Hill, 58, of 7400 Ocean Hwy. W., Sunset Beach, NC, died Wednesday, February 17, 2016 in Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, NC. Funeral service will be Monday, February 22, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church at 8950 Ocean Hwy W. Calabash, NC 28467. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Community cemetery in Calabash, NC. The viewing will be Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, Inc. Mr. Hill leaves to cherish fond memories to: one daughter, Gwenetia Hill; one son Geary Hill II (Mook); mother, Thelma Hill of Sunset Beach, NC; four sisters, Joyce Gore and Elnita Stanley both of Calabash NC, Rochelle Stevenson of Supply, NC and Cynthia Reaves of Ocean Isle Beach, NC; three brothers, Arrie Linward Hill of Little River, SC, Andre Hill of Calabash, NC and Morris Hill of Longwood, NC; six grandchildren; and a host of other loving relatives and dear friends.
