Mr. Herbert Thompson

Mr. Herbert Thompson, 45, of 600 Persimmon Road, Calabash, NC, died Monday, January 14, 2013 at Brunswick Novant Medical Center in Bolivia, NC.  Visitation will be held Friday, January 18, 2013 from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Pleasant View Baptist Church, 690 Seaside Rd., SW, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469.  Burial will follow at Abagale cemetery in Longs, SC. Mr. Thompson is survived by:  his mother, Carrie Smith of the home; two brothers, Douglas Thompson of Raleigh, NC and Chuckie Thompson of Calabash, NC; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
