Mr. William “Billy” Moody, 60, of 7261 Bellamy Rd., Ash, NC died Sunday, April 24, 2016 in New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church;7370 Mt. Zion Church Rd., NW, Longwood, NC 28452. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The viewing will be Friday, April 29, 2016 from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, Inc. Mr. Moody leaves to cherish fond memories to: his wife, Ida D. Moody of Ash, NC; four daughters, Maria Daniels, Christina Moody-Davis, Donicia Moody, and Kristal Jenrette all of Ash, NC; four sisters, Dianne Moody-Sibley, Rosalind McZeke, and Clarice Clark all of Ash, NC, and Ruby Stanley of Nakina, NC; one brother, Minister, Erskin Moody, Sr. of Shallotte, NC.
