Mr. Zack Rise Smith, 90, of 2304 Smithtown Rd., Bolivia, NC, died Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at the SECU Hospice House of Brunswick in Bolivia, NC. Funeral service will be Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Southport Baptist Church, 200 N. Howe St., Southport, NC 28461. Burial will follow at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church cemetery, 2000 Zion Hill Rd., Bolivia, NC 28422. The viewing will be Monday, October 5, 2015 from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, Inc. Per request of the family, Mr. Smith will only be viewed at the Funeral Home during visitation hours. There will not be a viewing at the church.
