Mrs. Frances Irene Bell, 99 of, Shallotte, NC passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024, at her residence in Shallotte, NC. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist 690 Seaside Rd. SW, Sunset Beach, NC 28468. Burial will follow at Mulberry Cemetery, in Shallotte, NC. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, from 3:00 PM-6:00 PM at Peoples Funeral Home-Shallotte Chapel, 5190 Ocean Hwy. West, Shallotte, NC 28470 and on Thursday, June 13, 2024, following the services at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church. 

 Mrs. Bell is survived by her (4-Daughters) Loraine Bell of Shallotte, NC, Jeannie Bell of Lake Waccamaw, NC, Lizzie Bell and Sarah Bell both of Shallotte, NC; (2-Sons) Ernest Bell of Shallotte, NC and James Bell of Holden Beach, NC; (16-Grandchildren); (21-Great-Grandchildren); (4-Great-Great-Grandchildren); (1-Aunt) Florence Stowe; (1-Uncle) Junior Bland; (2-Brother-In-Laws) Edward Holmes and William Gause; Host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
