Mrs. Gladys Perula Stanley, 85 of Matthews, NC (formally of Shallotte), died Sunday, May 5, 2019 at her son’s home in Matthews, NC.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 587 Bricklanding Rd. SW., Shallotte, NC 28470. Burial will follow at Angela-Faye Cemetery in Shallotte, NC. Viewing will be held Friday, May 10, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, Inc., 5190 Ocean Hwy.
