Mr. Sylvester Brown

Mr. Sylvester LeRoy Brown 73, (Professionally known as "Roy Brown" and fondly known as "Syl" ) of Brooklyn, New York, passed on July 30, 2021. He was the 4th child of the late Henry and Carrie Brown of Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Memorial services for IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS and FRIENDS will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Peoples Funeral Home-Shallotte Chapel, 5190 Ocean Hwy W, Shallotte, NC. 28470.
