Simmons, 52 of Ash, NC, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at SECU Hospice House of Brunswick in Bolivia, NC. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 7370 Mt. Zion Church Rd. NW, Longwood, NC 28452. Burial will follow at Flowers Cemetery, (Behind Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church). Viewing will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 12:00-1:00PM (1-Hour prior) and following the services at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church.
