Ms. Ethel Mae Williams, 92, of 1150 Midway Rd. Bolivia, NC died Sunday, November 27, 2016 in Ocean Trail Convalescent Center in Southport, NC.  Funeral service will be held Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 11:00 am at Rutland Chapel AME Church, 1095 Midway Rd. SE, Bolivia, NC 28422.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The viewing will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm in the chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, 5190 Ocean Hwy.
